Nos pregunto si sabiasmos de Carlitos Colon [wtf moment of the day].
Gracias.

Right now I’m in the “middle” of Georgia. In a town called
Perry right on the
I-75. We are staying at the
Howard Johnson on the 136 exit. For $65.97 a night
[tax included] you get HBO, free high speed internet
[yey!!], shower, indoor pool, little fridge, iron w/table, microwave, table w/chairs and two full beds. I think that is a great deal for all that for just a night. The sun finally set up at 9:30pm all tired up we found this place.
[by the way all this photos here were taken by me/Reavel]

Now this are some of the towns we covered while in Georgia:
Augusta,
Suwanee and
Athens. All this towns are very different in their own way but still very similar. They are calmed, people are very friendly. still you have to watch out for the normal racism in
some areas [sorry but all the places I went to they all mentioned this in a low key remember it is the south]. Suwanee is the closest to Atlanta but we didnt got there. Many will say that it is kind of boring cause it is too quite but I liked it because of that same reason. Still when you are from Puerto Rico at some point you will miss all the crowded places and noises all around you.
Other things I did learned is that you dont mess with the
GeorgiaDogs. Bulldogs are the best thing ever down here. They are the mascot of all the athletic department of the
University of Georgia. If you don’t know
the history of this university you should give it a try cause it goes all the way back to 1785. You end up loving the bulldog and you will see him EVERYWHERE. Other thing you will see around a lot are peaches. All over town. They even have a
festival for them. Georgia is known as the “Peach State” because of the growers’ reputation for producing the highest quality fruit. The peach became the official state fruit in 1995.

Cenamos [we were starving and in NEED of stretching, etc].

Things I’ve learned this past two days
- Dont ever take things for granted.
- Parents never ever change they only modify their conduct for better or worst.
- There is always a snoring competition in the room I stay.
- Always bring few clothing there is always a washer or drier near you. Other choice hand wash your inner clothing. Always works.
- Don’t think you can pay every time you go out. It feels good but your budget will be compromised.
- Don’t take towels with you. You can always or most of the time borrow some in the place you wills stay.
- Family members can also be depressed. Cheer them up. Help them out. It is family at the end. Maybe that was the whole purpose of the travel without you even knowing it.
- Don’t get to comfy on the sofa go out. Even when the weather seems like not good at all.
- There are always oranges around Florida remember that and get used to it already.
- Publix is an amazing supermarket. Very varied and the employees are cool. [at least the one I went to in Colonial Dr.]
- Windows Vista still sucks.
- I’ve shared too much body parts around. Those that know what I am talking about know. If you dont Don’t ask I wont answer. Thank you!
- Guys that live alone can become great cookers.
- The AC will be on 24/7 365 days of the year. Wish I could do that back home.
- Don’t drink a lot the first day you get to a place. You wont feel that good the second day of your trip and you could also ruin the rest of your trip. [be careful]
- Midnight hugs can be the best thing ever. Hey there Delilah. Who is Delilah? Yes, I know Delilah.
- It is good to miss people. Only then you know how valuable they are for you.
- When you are traveling try writing to someone you miss while you are having fun. Let them or show them you are thinking about them. *Note to self: write to Ryan.
- Why Georgia? Why? Great song by John Mayer [video]
