Entre las faltas ortograficas y gramaticales.

It’s been days that i have tried to say many things about lot of things and none. yet I cant write down what I feel. That bothers me a lot. I start writing down in a paper I dont even finish. I write on the computer the same thing happens.

O sea how many days I will be like this. I can’t keep up this shit. What the fuck?

I dont have the right or I shouldn’t feel a thing. Which one? Why is it wrong at all? Still don’t get it. I am old enough so fuck it. Next subject will be THE SUBJECT. But I will do it in a notepad first. [haha] Come one people bare with me. [danke ^^]

Puerto Rico Launches Localized Creative Commons Licenses

Michelle Thorne, February 21st, 2008
San Francisco, California and San Juan, Puerto Rico — February 22, 2008

Today in San Juan, the University of Puerto Rico Cyberlaw Clinic will host the launch of localized Creative Commons licenses, marking the forty-fourth jurisdiction worldwide to port the Creative Commons licensing suite. The event will be held at 7:00pm at U.P.R.’s School of Law, featuring an exhibition by Puerto Rican artists, a promotional CD release, and keynote by Creative Commons Chairman Joichi Ito.

The Creative Commons Puerto Rico team is lead by Hiram A. Meléndez-Juarbe, Carlos González-Yanes, and Chloé Georas, who coordinated the porting process and public consultation with local and international legal experts. In preparation for the public discussion, a memorandum was prepared by the 2006-2007 class of the University of Puerto Cyberlaw Clinic to analyze the role of moral rights in Puerto Rico’s mixed legal tradition. The memorandum is available for download: http://creativecommons.org/international/pr/moral-rights.pdfrights.pdf.

“The Cyberlaw Clinic’s commitment to ‘free culture’ has provided the ideal context for the development of the Creative Commons Puerto Rico (CCPR) project,” notes María L. Jiménez, Director of U.P.R.’s Legal Aid Clinic. “The university has a longstanding tradition as an innovative institution in many legal fields and is deeply committed to the advancement of important social values such as the ones embraced by the Creative Commons project.”

The CCPR Project Leads add that they are “fully aware the importance of a rich and culturally diverse public domain for a vigorous democratic society and of the many ways in which cultural growth is stifled by a combination of technology, copyright law and practice, and the entertainment industry’s hold on the creation and dissemination of cultural products.” They confirm that “CCPR understands what is at stake and is, thus, very serious about consistently following up on the essential community building and internationalizing dimension of this enterprise.”

One of the major assets to the CCPR licenses is the avoidance of unnecessary legal obstacles to creative exchanges. As Rolando Silva, photographer, graphic artist and professor, confirms, “Creative Commons licenses are a neat alternative to the categorical copyright. We were in dire need of more flexible possibilities within copyright laws that permit the dissemination of artistic work without the fear of lawsuits or any such foolishness.”

Muere Diego Lizardi

10 items or less

My dad rented this movie some weeks ago. it tells the story of an actor that havent work in four years and he goes to a regular market to do some research on the character he is about to play on his new movie. This part is played by Morgan Freeman as himself. The character Freeman will portray is the movie is a store manager. When he gets to the store he starst looking and feeding from the people, and stuff in the supermarket. He sees Scarlet the girl that works on the 10 items or less line on the supermarket. He stands besides her and watches every moves she makes as in studying her. Scarlet is played by Paz Vega.

After she ends of her shift at the store they go on a ‘road trip’ to discover themselves with the help of each other. Scarlet is tired of her job and is looking up for a new one. Morgan helps her out on this issue and they both and learn from each others needs as humans while they are on this selfstudying and knowing myself trip. This movie deals with people and human relationships, dealing with our own fears and mistakes and how to work them out. Morgan Freeman and Paz Vega work wonderfull together.

I liked and enjoy this film very much. Pretty simple situation that you can relate to. People of moments in your life that can change it in just a day for the rest of your days. Thas is what this movie is about. The part when they do their 10 items list is brilliant and we all should do this list. Go ahead get on the line and pick your 10 items or less.

Directed and written by Brad Silberling. The cast Morgan Freeman as Himself, Jonah Hilla as Packy, Paz Vega as Scarlet [love her accent] and Kumar Pallana as Lee [love this character too very true and unique]. Also cameo appereance by Danny DeVito as himself. The movie goes for 82 min. It was shot in two weeks in Carson, California. It came out in december 2006.

Male Receptionist: You made me want to be a woman.
Him [MF]: I have that effect on people.

Jumper

“Anywhere is possible”

About the movie I like the characters. Tells the story of Davey that discovers that he is a jumper after some issues girl related, Then when he realize the gift he haves he starts robbing banks. By doing this he affords the life style he haves for some years. Then he is discovered by Griffin [love his accent] in London and they become “friends” or fight buddies against Roland.

Didn’t get the movie/son drama cause again they don’t explain anything at all. The only one that gives a little information on the issue is Griffin when he explains the paladin vs jumper thing but besides that there is no more info. I would love to be a jumper. The story is like wack cause they dont explain why or how you become a jumper but well it is a movie after all.

I like the snowball scene that was nice. I envy him just because he can go anywhere. At the end it felt that this will have a sequel because of all the lose ends. I mean when it was over I was like thats it? Seems he haves to fight mom next time since he left Roland on the middle of nowhere. Just watch the movie if you have nothing else to do or wait to come out to rent. Best thing about the movie the cast… and the effects when they jump. Ah check the soundtrack too, dont rememeber who was on it but I did enjoyed it. [haha]

Directed by Doug Liman. Screenplay by David S. Goyer and Jim Uhls. The cast Hayden Christensen as David Rice, Samuel L. Jackson as Roland, Diane Lane as Mary Rice, Jamie Bell as Griffin and Rachel Bilson as Millie. The movie goes for 90mins. Came out feb 14 2008

Davey: Why are you walking?
Griffin: I like walking for a change! Makes
me feel normal.
